Elegant Solution Imaging LLC Terms Of Service

Q1 2024 pricing:

15 photo package - $ 100 30 photo package - $ 140

Laser/tape measured basic floorplan - $95* Room dimensions (width/length) list - $65*

Each photo over a package quantity is pro-rated at $2.66 each. The minimum service call is a 15 photo package. Elevated (pole) photos and community amenity shots during the same visit are the same price as any regular photo ($2.66). Check website for latest pricing and all services offered.

*Floorplan/room dimensions list price is for a home of up to three floors/2,800 ft., no windows, cabinets or “built-ins” are measured, graphical representations on blueprint are approximate.

ESI invoices via email at the end of each month or early the following month with a breakdown of all services. If paying by check, please mail to: ESI, PO Box 3, Borden, IN 47106. Make check payable to ESI. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you will receive a link to pay via Stripe’s secure site. Credit card transactions include an additional 2.9% processing fee.

Most normal shoots earlier in the day will be edited and delivered before midnight that same day when scheduling permits. The promised deadline is 11:59 pm the following calendar day for normal shoots. ESI will let you know if more time is needed for special cases. ESI may issue a discount for late work turnaround at our discretion.

ESI requests 12 hours of notice to cancel a shoot. We will attempt to be as flexible as possible for weather rescheduling. Please note that ESI does not travel when hazardous road or weather conditions exist (ice/snow on roads, weather watches or warnings).

If we’re at the property and can’t get inside (no Supra box, homeowner or agent not present), ESI will shoot the exterior of the property and charge for the 15 photo package.

All photo rights are granted to the agent/team/brokerage to use for advertising the home or to promote the agent/team/brokerage/brand however they see fit. You may provide copies of the photos to the home seller. ESI retains rights to the photos and may use them for portfolio, print, online advertising, etc. Selling/providing ESI photos/floor plans for other purposes prohibited.

I agree to hold Elegant Solution Imaging LLC harmless from any potential issues arising from services rendered (including floor plans, photography, etc.) or digital photographs provided. Floor plans and/or room dimensions are provided without warranty of any kind. Elegant Solution Imaging LLC disclaims any warranty including without limitation, satisfactory quality or accuracy of measurements.
